The hotel with fully-equipped and well-appointed rooms, in an interesting area, on the lakeside. The rooms with the tea and hot shower, for example. A great selection of products for a delicious and large breakfast. Very pleasant stay, as always.

During our stay, we were amazed by the breathtaking location of our accommodation. Situated on the edge of a stunning lake, we had the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. The area was quiet and secluded, providing us with a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We were thrilled to discover that our room was clean and comfortable, with excellent facilities. The next morning, we were treated to a delicious breakfast served by the friendly staff.
The only drawback was the lack of air conditioning in the room, which made it a bit uncomfortable during the hottest time of the year.

the exclusive amenities such as the Jacuzzi and sun terrace, sun loungers and garden area catered to all of my needs. the room was spacious and had exclusive facilities like In-room breakfast and outdoor dining area. the service provided by the staff was excellent.
The only minor issue I had was that the Beach access was a little difficult as it required going through the owners' private living room. it did not affect me much as I spent most of my time on the hotel's beautiful sun terrace.

We enjoyed our Christmas stay at this bed and breakfast. the hosts were friendly and welcoming, and we particularly appreciated the complimentary snacks and drinks in our room. the location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and stunning views of the lake. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast, which included a variety of options.
The lack of privacy in our room, as the curtains did not fully cover the windows. the room was quite small and lacked storage space for our luggage.

Over Easter weekend, I stayed at a lovely bed and breakfast with an amazing view of the lake. The owners were incredibly warm and welcoming, offering us drinks and a chat when we arrived. The breakfast was also a standout, with plenty of options to choose from. I especially enjoyed the nasi goreng, which was a welcome change from the typical breakfast fare. The location was also a plus, not too far from the city but still far enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. it was a wonderful experience.
The only downsides were that we had trouble finding the entrance due to the lack of clear signage, and our room didn't offer the same stunning view of the lake as the main dining area. However, the room was still comfortable and well-equipped for our needs.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming bed and breakfast in Rotorua. From the moment I arrived, the hosts made me feel like a beloved family member. the room was modern and immaculate, with a comfortable bed and a hot shower. I was even provided with fresh milk for my tea and coffee. the breakfast options were fantastic, and the view from the main house was absolutely breathtaking. the location was quiet and peaceful, yet just a short drive away from the central area. I would definitely recommend Koutu Beach for anyone visiting Rotorua. Cons: Everything about my stay at Koutu Beach was absolutely perfect. It's hard to find any faults with this place.
